I'm Back Doing Bodybuilding...I Guess

Yup. That's me (face not included)....when I did it right. Hopefully.

So, out of plan, I've decided to take up bodybuilding again.
Hopefully, this time it will be more consistent.

Anyway, I looked and searched for the best step by step out.

There are just way millions of best bodybuilding plans out there.
This in turn made me wanted to read more and more.
But not this time.
I'll try and promise to stick to this bodybuilding plan, for now.
It says that

1) I should eat more
2) 6 times a day eating time
3) and 40 minutes of workout every other day
4) sleeps early every night

I've gone to the gym a hell a lot of time. Everytime, I will always push to my best, until I reached the point of failure. It's because doing too little workout at a time make me feel 'unsatisfied'. Usually, when I reached the point of failure, I'll returned home happy and my voice got manlier.

Yup. Only 30 minutes of intense workout make your voice manlier. Try it out people.

My favourites exercise is interval sprinting (HIT) and my favourite workout is barbell related workouts.

Luckily, this little practice of mine somehow caused no sore whatsoever after the day but it gets worse on day two.

My muscle will twitch and I'll feel sore for at least 3 weeks. I've felt this over and over.
This is why it is so hard for me to exercise everyday. Any intense happy result workout or exercise I do leave me sore for weeks.
But, it did not happen when I'm in the prime age of 14-17.
I could do sit up 100 times at a time non-stop everyday.
Anyway, I'll try this workout plan and hope for the best.
